will arrive at your door. We will provide all of the necessary tools for
you to succeed in your health and wellness journey. We also provide you with choices.
Are you self-motivated? We will give you all of the directions you will need to
get started. Are you already educated in health and fitness? We will monitor your
progress through periodic check-ups scheduled every 6 to 12 weeks. Or would you
like to have the whole package: a personal trainer, body composition analysis,
individualized nutrition/weight management plan, and a personalized aerobic/weight
training program custom tailored for you?
